Terms of sale
- Service period
- Your order reaches the booth the moment payment completes, and cooking takes about 10 minutes. We notify you on the order screen when it is ready, and you can collect it on site until the event ends.
- How you receive it
- On-site pickup — collect it yourself at booth A-2. We do not deliver or ship, and there is no delivery fee.
- Cancellation & refunds
- Full refund before the booth starts cooking. Once cooking has started, withdrawal is restricted because the food is made to order and served immediately (Korean E-Commerce Act art. 17(2)). If the item is defective or never provided, you are refunded in full regardless. Read the full cancellation & refund policy
