Once approved, sign up through an invite link, manage your own menu and prices, and settle against sales after the event.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I order?
- Scan the QR code at the booth and its menu opens. Add items, pay, and you get an order number. No app or sign-up needed.
- How do I pay?
- You pay by credit card at checkout. The amount follows the prices the booth set, and there is no delivery fee. Cards issued outside Korea are accepted.
- Where do I pick up my food?
- There is no delivery. Pick it up at the booth you ordered from. Your screen changes and your phone vibrates when it's ready.
- Who is the seller?
- Each booth is an independent F&B business. Standard is a marketplace intermediary, not a party to the sale. You can see the operating business's details on the order screen.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- Full refund before cooking starts. Once cooking begins, cancellation is difficult because the food is made to order.
- I want to run a booth.
- Ask the event organizer for an invite link and you can sign up right away. If you don't have one, contact us.
